Rugby Football Club Los Angeles (RFCLA) Ticket Terms and Conditions
By using this ticket, on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor, you agree to all the terms herein. This ticket is a revocable license granted by Rugby Football Club Los Angeles (RFCLA), valid for the event shown on the ticket face. RFCLA and Major League Rugby (MLR) reserve the right to deny entry or eject any holder without compensation for violations of these terms, venue rules, or for conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
1. Admission & Conduct
1.1. RFCLA reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person at its sole discretion for disorderly conduct, non-compliance with stadium policies, or violation of these terms.
1.2. Entry constitutes acceptance of all venue rules and terms, including searches and behavior policies.
1.3. Re-entry may be prohibited once a ticket has been scanned unless otherwise permitted by venue policy.
2. Ticket Use & Restrictions
2.1. This ticket is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be sold, transferred, or used in promotions or packages without written consent from RFCLA.
2.2. Unauthorized resale, attempted resale, or use of this ticket for advertising or promotional purposes is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation.
2.3. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are invalid and will not be honored.
3. Children’s Admission
3.1. Children 12 & under receive free admission but must be registered and use a valid ticket.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability
4.1. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game and related activities, including risk of personal injury, property damage, and lost or stolen items.
4.2. RFCLA, Major League Rugby, the venue, the ticketing provider, and related entities are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event unless caused by gross negligence.
5. Intellectual Property & Media Release
5.1. The holder may not record, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or exploit any part of the event (including scores, statistics, or media) for commercial purposes.
5.2. By entering the venue, you grant RFCLA and its partners the right to use your name, voice, image, and likeness in live or recorded media, in perpetuity and in any format, without compensation or notification.
6. Refund & Exchange Policy
6.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled.
6.2. In the case of a postponement, tickets may be valid for the rescheduled event.
7. Lost or Stolen Tickets
7.1. RFCLA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
7.2. Replacements issued only at management’s discretion and may incur a fee.
8. Security Screening & Bag Policy
8.1. All guests are subject to security screening, including bag checks.
8.2. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person carrying any item deemed to be dangerous, disruptive, or offensive, per venue policy.
9. Venue & Event Modifications
9.1. RFCLA reserves the right to alter event details (e.g., time, date, seating) and does not guarantee uninterrupted or unobstructed views from any seat.
9.2. RFCLA is not liable for limited or no play due to causes beyond their control such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
9.3. RFCLA is not responsible for incidental or consequential expenses resulting from canceled or rescheduled matches.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by California law.
11. Severability
11.1. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
12. Amendments
12.1. These terms are subject to change without notice. Updates will be posted on the official RFCLA website and/or communicated through ticketing channels.
